In the year 1999, I completed three years of service cum training in railways. Until a person becomes regular, he is deprived of some incentives like travelling allowance, bonus, over-time etc. Although I will have to do the same as I was doing, yet the letter of completion of training is to be attached in the service record. For being absorbed as regular, Mr. Mohanty DEE/TRD/Bilaspur conducted test of mine and asked few things, although I had not given the answers of all questions. So I became regular on or after 28/2/1999.
Actually I never liked the TRD department, so I tried for inter departmental transfer from TRD to Accounts. I had applied through many contacts. Later with many efforts of Mr. Sanjib Majumder Sr.SO/Admn./Accounts/Bilaspur and with approval and support of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sr.DAO/Bilaspur the transfer letter saw a ray of hope.
